Bashar Al-Natoor is a director in the EMEA Corporates group based in Dubai. He is responsible for analyzing Middle East and Turkish issuers, with a focus on the construction, property and Telecommunication sectors. Bashar is also the reference point for Sukuk in Fitch Rating EMEA Corporate team.
Prior to joining Fitch in 2007, Bashar worked for the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) for more than seven years.
