Registration Guidance

Guidelines :

  • Please check the official website of Datamatix for all recent and latest updates
  • Kindly complete the registration procedures early to ensure the reservation of seats for the event
  • Datamatix reserves the right to make any changes in the Conference Program or Speakers, if necessary
  • No refund will be made for any cancellation. If a delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge

Participation Fees :

  • All the participants are requested to pay the registration fee before the start of the Event or during the Conference
  • Participation will not be permitted without registration
  • Early booking of seats is highly recommended
  • The invoices will be sent to the participants for the payment of fees
  • Registration fees include breakfast, lunch, refreshments, program materials and stationery
  • All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance

Badges :

  • Badges (Conference Passes) will be issued to all participants
  • Only registered participants will be allowed inside the conference hall
  • Participants can coordinate with us for collecting the badges directly from the Datamatix office

Guidelines for the Conference :

  • All participants are expected to reach early to the venue
  • We request cooperation from all the participants to achieve the desired objective of the Event
  • Our team at Datamatix will guide you towards your respective seats
  • Participants are requested to switch off their mobile phones during the Event
  • Please avoid loud discussions during the Event
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises

Lectures:

  • In order to facilitate follow-up lectures we suggest carrying your laptop
  • Passwords would be given for downloading the presentations
  • The Conference Agenda can be downloaded from our official website www.datamatixgroup.com

Procedure for hotel reservation:

  • Early hotel bookings are recommended in order to ensure timely hotel reservations and avoid any delays
  • Datamatix provides hotel reservation service at special rates for the Conference delegates.
  • To ensure the hotel reservation kindly pay the fee in advance.
