In the framework of the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and with the support of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H.
