Registration Procedures and Options

Registration With Accommodation (Per Participant)
- Option 1: USD 4200 for a 4-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 6 nights.
- Option 2: USD 3800 for a 4-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 5 nights.
- Option 3: USD 3400 for a 3-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 5 nights.
- Option 4: USD 3000 for a 3-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 4 nights.
- Option 5: USD 2600 for a 3-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 3 nights.
- Option 6: USD 2200 for a 2-Days Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 3 nights.
- Option 7: USD 1300 for a 1-Day Summit Pass and a standard hotel room for 2 nights.
Benefits (Per Participant)
- Hotel booking request must be done 30 days before the event.
- Summits publications, breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch during the Summit
- Specially arranged tour of Dubai for three hours, including visits to top shopping centers.
- Exclusive gala dinner and meeting with the dignitaries and VIPs attending the event.
- Regarding accommodation, Burj Al Arab and Dubai Palm hotels are not included.
- All hotels are selected and confirmed only by Datamatix.
- All service charges are included.

- Only registered participants will be allowed to attend the Summit.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- All Fees must be paid early to confirm the event entry pass and reservation.
- Only registered participants will be allowed to attend the business networking and the Summit.
- Non-registered participants will not be allowed to enter the event.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event.
- No refund will be made for any cancellation done within 30 days before Summit.

- Registration must be completed in advance to ensure bookings.
